Auger is another construction vehicle which made its first appearance in Twisted Metal 3, and returning in Twisted Metal 4 as a boss. It resembles a crane vehicle, though it has a gun turret and drill added. Auger's Special Weapon is memorable as it involves drilling through an enemy, spinning them around relentlessly, and launching them away.

Auger returns in Twisted Metal 4 as a boss in the Oil Rig level, along with Super Slamm. He is renamed as Super Auger in this game.

  • Auger: He will impale his foes with his drill, sending them flying.

Ending: Because Auger is an unlockable character, he doesn't have an ending in Twisted Metal 4.

  • In Twisted Metal 4, the vehicle is renamed Super Auger.
  • Auger doesn't have any changes from Twisted Metal 3 to Twisted Metal 4.
  • Auger is believed to have replaced Mr. Slam in Twisted Metal 3, as they are both construction vehicles.
