Tokyo Streets is the eighth level (ninth in the PS2 version) in Twisted Metal: Head-On. It is a massive arena, and the player has to defeat 5 enemies to advance. Upon completing the level, the player is taken to Tokyo Rooftops.
There also exists an alternate smaller version of the level separate from the Death Match version, it is the final level in the Story Mode, and the player has to defeat Dark Tooth, and then take on Tower Tooth. Upon completing this version of the level, the game is finished, and the player gets to watch their chosen character's ending.

This level has several sections including streets, alleyways, bridges, inside of buildings, and much more. Cars can be seen driving throughout the entire stage.
Bosses[]
Dark Tooth.
Tower Tooth.
Appearing in the final level, a cutscene shows Dark Tooth in the darkness, before it lunges out and chomps away at the pedestrians. the first battle is against a bigger version of Dark Tooth, but even though it's big, it is easily defeated.
The second battle is against Tower Tooth. A cutscene plays showing an ice cream shop gaining life and emerging from the ground. In the first phase, the player has to take down the bottom head. On the second phase, the player has to take down the top head.

Subway Gauntlet[]
The objective of the Subway Gauntlet is to destroy all of the Sweet Tooth Heads and collect all the stars within two minutes to unlock Tokyo Death Match. You must also dodge mini Sweet Tooth Nitro Buggies that are racing around the subway course.
