Trivia[]
- Scott Campbell is the name of the co-founder of the Twisted Metal series. However, the live-action actor who played as Scott is not the co-founder himself.
- It is implied that Scott was killed by Needles Kane.
- In the ending ultimately used in the game, Scott Campbell is successfully brought back to life and leaves without incident. In the unused live-action ending however, Calypso brings Scott to life only to kill him once more immediately afterwards.
- Scott is the first ghost seen participating in Twisted Metal, followed by Krista Sparks and Simon Whittlebone in Head On.
