Power Plant is a multiplayer level in Twisted Metal: Black. It is a medium-sized arena.
Features[]
The level takes place, as the name implies, in an electric power plant, which otherwise appears to be in construction or having fallen into disrepair. The level itself is of medium size in a somewhat L-shape design, and features large stretches of open roads and dirt hills, with large brick walls and indestructible fences keeping players inside.
Major landmarks include: a three-way road bridge near the center of the map, a partially-destroyed multi-story ramp with two entrances that is near the three-way bridge, a small factory and a warehouse close to each one another in one of the far ends of the map, and a suspended electrical power transformer on the other end of the map.
The warehouse features a destructible garage door hiding a Homing Missile pickup. The transformer has a health pickup directly underneath, as does the multi-story ramp. Bordering the arena is a large, empty highway loop, with tunnels found near alternating ends of the map where the transformer and warehouse are located. In the tunnel near the transformer, an Environmental pickup can be found on a ramp leading out through the center which, when activated, causes the transformer to electrocute any cars near it for two seconds.

Unlocking[]
It can be unlocked by finding a black cube on the Snowy Roads level just at the cliffs' edge near the gas station.
