• Pizza Boy was voiced by Ryan Drummond  the former voice actor of Sonic the Hedgehog .
• Pizza Boy highly resembles Spectre, the car design and colors are the same as Spectre was in Twisted Metal III, with only the shape and type of car being different; both of their special homes in on targets as well.
