- It is possible that Bruce is a child version of Bruce Cochrane, the original driver of Thumper.
- There is a possibility that Vinnie was with Bruce when he entered the Twisted Metal competition in Twisted Metal (1995). However, it was only seen in the Lost Endings, where an unknown man was sitting in the front passenger seat of Thumper.
