Warhawk's Rooftop is the eighth and final level in Twisted Metal: Black. Located on top of a circular skyscraper, it is a small-sized arena, and the player has to defeat Warhawk, the final boss, to complete the story and get their chosen character's ending.
Features[]
Warhawk is a helicopter who will fire rockets at you and destroy your very small amount of cover, while you destroy Tankers to disable Warhawk's shield. Once destroyed, it will show a short cutscene in which Warhawk's pilot is falling from the exploding helicopter. The rooftop consists of two small shack-like buildings which are your cover. Warhawk will try to shoot the roofs out.

Secrets[]
- Unlocking Skyscrapers: Drive towards the building where the Tanker jumps from and jump off to get the secret black cube. This may take a few attempts, but if you are successful, you unlock the Skyscrapers (Story Mode only).
Unlocking[]
The Warhawk's Roof arena can be unlocked in the Junkyard arena during Story Mode. To unlock it, the player must destroy the pizza man statue located near the vertical car crusher. The debris left behind will create a ramp which the player can then use to jump onto the top of the crusher when it is lowered. When the crusher reaches the top, the player will see an icon floating in the air before the crusher. Drive off of the crusher and hit the icon, and the Warhawk's Roof arena will be unlocked.
Trivia[]
- The music track from this particular battleground is a remake of the original Amazonia: Fire Walk music track from Twisted Metal 2.
- This is the smallest map of TM:B's Story Mode.
- As such, this is the only level that can be played in story mode, but cannot be used in single player challenge mode.
- This stage is set in the same locale as the Skyscrapers stage, but only the round building is fought upon.
